Service & Justice

“At the end of life we will not be judged by how many diplomas we have received, how much money we have made, how many great things we have done. We will be judged by “I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was naked and you clothed me. I was homeless, and you took me in.” // Mother Teresa

Charity is the highest virtue that we are called to live as Catholics: “so faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love (1 For 13:13).” We must ask God to grant us the gift of charity; He often increases this theological virtue in us through our service to others. Our ministry is blessed to be able to offer opportunities to serve those in need. We can witness to our faith in Jesus Christ through sharing His love, especially with those who are poor and vulnerable in our midst.

First Fruit Farms

“First Fruits Farm is a nonprofit, Christian ministry dedicated to providing fresh, nutritious food for the hungry through volunteer service and community partnerships.” For this service opportunity, we pick vegetables at First Fruits Farms to contribute to meals for those in need.

Source of All Hope

“Source of All Hope is a Catholic missionary community whose mission is to give Christ a home and to remain with Him, especially in all the places He's most neglected - the Eucharist, the Poor, and our own souls." This is an opportunity to walk with missionaries through the streets of downtown Baltimore to get to know & pray with those living on the streets.

SALT Ministries

“SALT brings yummy food, unconditional love, and hope for a better tomorrow to our many friends struggling with life on the margins in Baltimore City and the surrounding communities." We serve food to the poor and homeless on the streets of Baltimore.

Maryland March for Life

The Maryland happens every February. The Maryland March for life is an opportunity to march to the State House in Annapolis, Maryland, with other promoters of the pro-life cause, to pray for and stand for the dignity and respect of all human life from conception to natural death. Join us as we pray that all may see the dignity of all human life "from the womb to the tomb."
